Do you ship to my address and what are the shipping costs?

Our products can be shipped throughout European Union.

We offer free shipping for those countries:

United Kingdom

/France/Germany/Poland/Austira/Belgium/Netherland/Luxembourg/Denmark

And Czech Republic/Sweden/Italy/Spain/Ireland/Portugal a shipping cost in 3.95 GBP each

For the other EU-Countires which are not listed here, we require a shipping cost in 9.95 GBP and 4.95 GBP for additional article

How can I place an order ?

You can buy the product directly online by clicking on the "Add to cart" button on the page of the desired product, and then follow all the instructions to complete the order. Payments which we accepte are :

How can I track, modify or cancel my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into our website www.sobuyshop.co.uk

In the "My orders" section you will find the list of your orders. By clicking on the order , you will see tracking information. To cancel or modify an order that has already been processed, contact our customer service by email at uk@sobuy-shop.com

Which shipping method do you use?

We always use the express courier DPD DHL and UPS. As soon as your order is ready to be sent you will be sent a tracking code and you will be able to follow the shipment directly at any time via the web.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Item will be dispatched with 1 working day in most cases. We don’t deliver on bank holidays.

I received the tracking number of my package but I can't find it on the courier's website, what can I do?

For order prcoess, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated into the courier's system.

How can I return an order?

SoBuy offer an extra guarantee of a free return without reason for 3 months,

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. During this period,you can decide to return, exchange the item ordered for no reason. As soon as the item has been withdrawn, you can contact us again so that we can issue the refund.

 

How long is the time for reimbursement ?

Once www.sobuyshop.co.uk has received the returned product and verified its conditions, you will receive a refund within the statutory deadline of 15 days (Legislative Decree 21/2014). The refund will be made by the same payment method you have chosen for the purchase. Depending on the payment method, the timing for return the amount may be different. In exceptional case, between the date on which you return the item and the date on which we receive it at our returns center
